What is the Zellis Intelligence Platform?

The Zellis Intelligence Platform (ZIP) is a purpose-built schema and application designed to deliver a source of data for analytics and data integration.  The schema presents key data points required to drive insightful analytics and data visualisations through Power BI, whilst also delivering a suite of APIs to enable integration of third-party solutions with Zellis HCM Cloud and Zellis HCM AIR.

The data is synchronised from the source systems (e.g. ResourceLink) via an automated process using database triggers, providing near-realtime representation of the underlying data, with no human intervention.

A succinct and clearly-named set of entities within the platform deliver capability around data areas such as:

Payroll

Absence

Career history

Personal information

In addition to the schema and APIs, the Zellis Intelligence Platform also includes the Notification Hub which manages the data events that can be subscribed to via webhooks.
