What is the Zellis Intelligence Platform?

The Zellis Intelligence Platform (ZIP) is a purpose-built schema and application designed to deliver a source of data for analytics and data integration.  The schema presents key data points required to drive insightful analytics and data visualisations through Power BI, whilst also delivering a suite of APIs to enable integration of third-party solutions with Zellis HCM Cloud and Zellis HCM AIR.

Data synchronisation

The ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) process that updates the Zellis Intelligence Platform (ZIP) operates in near real-time. This means that updates are not immediate and any integrations should be designed with this delay in mind.

A succinct and clearly-named set of entities within the platform deliver capability around data areas such as:

Payroll

Absence

Career history

Personal information

In addition to the schema and APIs, the Zellis Intelligence Platform also includes the Notification Hub which manages the data events that can be subscribed to via webhooks. These notifications are triggered once the data has been fully transformed and loaded into the schema.
